Class 10 to 12 is where Maths and Science stop being about marks alone and start shaping board results and stream choice. Here's how our senior-classes batch is structured.

Somewhere around Class 10, Maths and Science stop being subjects a child can coast through on memory alone. Board exams introduce a different kind of pressure, and by Class 11 and 12, the same subjects start deciding stream performance and, for many students, entrance exam readiness. Beautiful Minds Institute runs a dedicated Class 10 to 12 batch for exactly this stage.

Why Class 10 to 12 needs a different approach

Younger students mostly need concept-building and consistency. Class 10 to 12 students need that plus exam strategy — how to structure a long-answer response, where marks are typically lost in numericals, and how to revise a full NCERT chapter efficiently instead of re-reading it start to finish every time. Treating a Class 11 student the same way as a Class 6 student, just with harder questions, doesn't work.

How our Class 10-12 Maths & Science batch works

Classes follow the NCERT syllabus chapter by chapter, with important questions and chapter summaries covered directly in the centre so students aren't relying only on classroom notes from school. Printed notes are given out per chapter so a student is reading and understanding the material, not just copying it down. Once a month, we also run a practical, projector-based session where experiments and visual demonstrations are shown — this is deliberately not a once-a-week gimmick, but a monthly deep-dive that gives students their own thought process around a concept rather than a memorised answer.

Staying exam-ready, not just chapter-ready

A student can "finish" a chapter and still freeze on it in an exam if the practice stopped at understanding and never moved to timed, exam-style application. That's why every chapter at BMI is followed by a revision test, not just a discussion — so gaps show up while there's still time to fix them, rather than on the actual board paper.
